This is how we take care 

Before we start the design, we determine to which target group the house will best be rented or sold and what type of renovation suits it best.

Determining development strategy

Once the rental or sales strategy has been determined, a new design can be made. G&W Real Estate has a standardized PVE for all types of renovations.

Designing your new home

We carefully select the best party for your project. The choice of a party will always depend on quality, price and duration of the renovation. Thanks to our experience with more than 200 projects, we know exactly which party is the best choice for you.

Selecting the best party

After the best party has been chosen for your project, we will record all agreements made in an agreement before the start.

Signing a contract

An inspector will be present periodically throughout the entire renovation. This reports the costs, progress and findings, providing you with complete peace of mind. We will keep you regularly informed through videos and photos.

Project management & quality control

After completing the work, another delivery round will be carried out, which will be recorded in a report. The points described herein must be completed within seven days, after which you, as the owner, will receive a completion report.

Project delivery

If there are any concerns after delivery, we will address this as professionally as possible and handle it quickly. When using the home, it is possible that a number of things still do not work correctly.
